Through our Sales process we will help you determine your needs, and or wants, determine a preliminary budget and make recommendations.

Every property brings a unique set of circumstances.  We like to use as much existing infrastructure so money can be spent on enhancing the system.  We have developed a assessment that will determine if existing infrastructure will accommodate the technology that drives todays needs.  This includes Hardware, software as well as extensive signal testing.

This is where the rubber meets the road.  Needs Assessment and site surveys come together to put together a professional design and implementation plan.  

With the professional engineering complete, we now get to the cost.  We try to take the "Ideal" system and break it down to give you options that can be implemented in phases or all at once.  This provides good budgeting and planning tools.

Professional network installation technicians we be on-site to build the infrastructure out based on the engineering and implementation plan.  A project manager will be assigned to assure things run smoothly throughout the process.  The technicians assiigned will specialize in there areas of expertise.  For example Wifi Technicians will complete the installation, configuration and testing of the wireless portion of the network.

Cabling issues pop up at the worst times.  The best way to ensure cabling is reliable is through certification.  Our cabling technicians use our state of the art certification equipment.  

Using the best testing equipment, we complete the WiFi signal testing/tweaking at this stage.  Often on-site environmental issues arise, but through tis final testing we can make necessary adjustments to minimize/eliminate and interference.

We hand the system off to you.  After verifying everything is completed professionally and working properly we get the final sign off.  We are not gone though, we are there to help manage and maintain the systems with you.

Of course we support the systems installed at your property, but also want to take care of your guest and ensure their experience is what they expect.  Also on going management, monitoring and asset tracking help keep the engine running smooth and up to date.
